Beat 6 eggs with a splash of milk. Maybe add some salsa for flavor, or pepper, and a can of sliced mushrooms. Pour over sausage and crust. Top with a three-cup bag of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. When you try to lift a corner of the egg bake it should be firm, that's how you'll know it's done. Serve with wheat toast and grape juice.
