     Jolene's Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 roll of creassant rolls
1/2 package crumbled breakfast sausage
onion
green pepper
salsa
3 cups shredded cheese
6 eggs
splash of milk
dash of pepper
 
can of sliced mushrooms

Instructions
Spray a 9 x 14 pan with Pam. Take 1 roll of store bought creassant rolls and pack firmly in bottom of baking pan. Make sure to push pre-cut dough seams together tightly so no egg can escape underneath.
Brown 1/2 package crumbled breakfast sausage with onion and/or green pepper amounts that you like. Drain, pour over firmly embedded cressant roll.
Beat 6 eggs with a splash of milk. Maybe add some salsa for flavor, or pepper, and a can of sliced mushrooms. Pour over sausage and crust. Top with a three-cup bag of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. When you try to lift a corner of the egg bake it should be firm, that's how you'll know it's done. Serve with wheat toast and grape juice.
