Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in
small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large
mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well
after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels, oats, and raisins.
Drop dough by level 1/4 c measure about 3 inches apart onto
ungreased baking sheets. Shape into rounded mounds. Insert
wooden stick into side of each mound.
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Decorate
pops with icing.
