     Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
bay leaves
1 C cannellini beans
1 C milk
 

Instructions
Combine broth, tomatoes, and bay leaves in sauce pan over medium heat. Mash cannellini beans with the back of a spoon and set aside. When soup bubbles, stir in milk, and reduce heat to low. Season to taste and simmer for 15 mins. Remove from heat and discard bay leaves. Stir in mashed beans and puree.
