1/4 C slivered, toasted almonds

3 T parsley

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions |

|
Combine cheese, 3 T almonds, and 2 T parsely in a small bowl.

Cut slit through each breast to form a pocket. Stuff mixture into pocket and secure with a toothpick.

Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken to skillet and cook 6 mins on each side. Top chicken with remaininf almonds and parsley.
