Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream butter and sugar with mixer until
fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in sour cream, blending well.
In separate bowl, combine soda and flour; add to sour cream
mixture. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Beat in vanilla.
Spoon batter into greased tube pan or loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/2
hour. Remove from pan and cool.
