     Olive/Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1 1/2 C. grated cheese (I used colby/jack)
1 stick butter, melted (not margarine)
1 1/4 C. flour
pimiento-stuffed olives, drained
Dash of black pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of chili powder
Dash of onion powder
 

Instructions
Blend cheese, flour, butter and spices together. Mix well and shape into walnut size balls. Press thumb in ball and shape the dough around an olive. You can freeze or refrigerate at this point and bake just before serving. Best served warm.
Bake at 375 for 13 minutes; turn and bake 3 more minutes. This recipe made about 2 dozen. You can use a variation of your favorite cheeses.
