     Pork and Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
3 C pork
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 can red enchilada sauce
2 lrg cans tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomatoes & green chili
2 cans green chili (4-6 fresh chili)
1 C water
 
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
3 C cooked pinto beans

Instructions
Saute pork, onion and garlic. Combine the rest of the ingredients, except the pinto beans, in a large utensil and bring to a boil. Add the sauted ingredients and pinto beans. Continue to simmer until ready to serve. Serve with warm flour tortillas and/or corn chips. This will freeze well.
