     Warm Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 C cooked chicken
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
1 jar (2 oz.) pimento, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 onion, chopped small
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1-1/2 C Lays potato chips, crushed
2/3 C slivered almonds
 
2 C celery, chopped small
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 C mayonnaise

Instructions
Pour all ingredients in 9 x 12 baking dish, reserving cheese and chips. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Top with cheese and chips and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Great with salad and french bread.
