     Shrimp Stroggenoff

Ingredients
1.5 lbs raw shrimp
1/4 c minced onion
1/2 c oleo or butter
1/2 lb drained canned mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1 1/4 c sour cream
 

Instructions
(This will be served with rice, rolls, and a baked potato, to be prepared at the same time)
1. Saute' raw shrimp, onion, and butter 2. The onion will become clear and the shrimp pink 3. Add mushrooms and butter and cook 3-5 minutes on medium heat 4. Add flour, salt, seasoned pepper, and cook for 1 minute 5. Lower heat 6. Add sour cream 7. Stir carefully until hot It should be a smooth consistency Serve immediately over rice
