2---17 oz cans whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1--4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
1--4 oz can sliced black olives, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 C oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 C chopped Jalapenos
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar with a lid. Cover and chill for 2 or more hours. Shake often. Serve with tortilla chips or as a relish. Makes 6 cups.
