Boil 2 frozen chicken breasts until mostly cooked. Slice up into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Saute about 1/4 of very thinly sliced onions along with 1 teaspoon of garlic until garlic browns slightly. Add chicken and reduce heat to low (this keeps your chicken tender).... Add 1/4 cup of Merlot and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. Cover.
Stir occasionally. Add more Merlot, if sauce becomes too thick or sticky.
