Boil 2 frozen chicken breasts until mostly cooked. Slice up into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Saute about 1/4 of very thinly sliced onions along with 1 teaspoon of garlic until garlic browns slightly. Add chicken and reduce heat to low (this keeps your chicken tender)....
Add in 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's Masala sauce. If it gets too thick, add a little chicken broth and allow to reduce again.
