Ingredients
3/8 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c butter
3 c oatmeal
Topping-
2 1/4 c peanut butter
2 1/4 c chocolate chips
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, and oatmeal well. Spread on greased 10x15 pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Melt together peanut butter and chocolate chips. Spread on top of bars. Cool.
