16 large fresh Jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 deg. Cook sausage until evenly brown, drain grease. Cut jalapenos in half,
using caution when cleaning out seeds. Wear rubber gloves, or wash hands very well after
handling seeds.
In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. sausage
mixture into each jalapeno half.
Arrange stuffed halves on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes until bubbled and lightly browned.
NOTE- I use MILD pork sausage, but the hot will kick it up a bit.
