1 lb. gr. beef
|
|
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
|
|
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese-jalapeno, cubed
|
|
1 1/2 qts. lettuce
|
|
1/2 c. Catalina French dressing
|
|
1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
|
|
1 c. tomato, chopped
|
|
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
|
|

|
|
|

|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown meat and drain.
|
|
|
Add beans and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally,
until cheese spread is melted.
|

Combine lettuce and dressing. Toss lightly
|
|
|
On serving platter, layer lettuce mixture, meat mixture, chips,
tomatoes and peppers.
