Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine hashbrowns, veggies, ham, velvetta and white sauce in large sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour.
White sauce-
In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add milk and cook slowly. Stir constantly until thickened.
