Melt margarine and stir in garlic powder. Dip each slice of bread in butter mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and dust with Parmesan Cheese. Broil until lightly browned. Watch carefully so the edges do not burn. Dust again with Parmesan cheese when browned.
