Instructions |

|
Beat eggs until light and foamy; add oil, sugar and zucchini.
|

Mix well, but lightly. Add dry ingredients and blend. Add nuts.
|

|
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325 F for a least 1 hour.
