     Green olive salad

Ingredients
3 lb green pitted olives
5 oz jar red pimentos (use juice too)
1 red onion, sliced thin
2 fresh cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 t coarse ground black pepper
2 T oregano
8 oz jar sour pickles, sliced
Stalk pascal celery
Red wine vinegar
 
T olive oil
15 oz jar hot slices???

Instructions
Combine olives, pimentos (with its juice), red onion, garlic, pepper, oregano, and pickles. Use the heart and leaves from the stalk of pascal celery and string it as you cut it into 1 inch pieces. Add to mixture.
Salt to taste. Add red wine vinegar, T olive oil, mix well. Keep in a covered container.
