     Tex-mex appetizer

Ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust from 1 oz package, softened
1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded colby/montery jack cheese blend
1/2 c mayo
1 can (4 1/2 oz) chopped green chilies
1/4 c cilantro
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place crust on cookie sheet and press out folds.
Combine cheese, peppers, mayo, and chilies and mix well. Spread over crust to within 1 inch of edges. Fold crust over to form border. Flute edges.
Bake for 25-35 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
