Preheat oven to 325°F. Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Place in cold
water until potatoes are cool enough to touch.
Cut potatoes in half and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle
brown sugar over potatoes. Cut margarine into 8 squares and place
on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour syrup over top.
Bake until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Halfway done,
flip potatoes. Sprinkle marshmallows over potatoes and bake until
marshmallows melt, about 10 minutes.
