set oven for 350', meanwhile melt butter in a frying pan, on medium heat, once melted, then add the flour, and stir until creamy. Next add the sugar, salt, and sour cream in, once all stirred together then add the can of mushroom soup, mix it up together.
Take mixture of stove, and stir in the green beans, make sure all green beans are coated thoroughly.Then transfer mixture to a quart size pan. Next add the shredded cheese, sprinkle it on top then add the crunched up Frenches onion rings.
Put casserole in oven, and set timer for 15 minutes. Once timer runs out, take dish out, sprinkle more cheese on top and extra Frenches onions, then put back in oven for the next 15 minutes, or onions are golden brown.
Take dish out of oven, turn oven off, and serve immediately to keep it as warm as possible.
