     Black bottom cupcakes

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1 c chocolate chips
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 c baking cocoa
1/2 t salt
 
1 t baking soda
1 c water
1/3 c oil
1 t vanilla
1 T white vinegar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream cheese filling- Beat in electric mixer cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Mix in chocolate chips. Set aside.
Chocolate cupcakes- In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Stir in water, oil, vanilla and vinegar until smooth.
Line or grease muffin tins. Fill each tin with 1/3 c chocolate batter. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese filling into the center of each cupcake. Bake for 35 minutes.
