     Sesame chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
For marinade-
1 egg white
2 t soy sauce
1 1/2 t cornstarch
1/4 t sesame oil
Dash garlic powder
For cooking sauce-
1/4 c water
1 t cornstarch
 
1/2 t instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 t sesame oil
5 T peanut or vegetable oil, divided
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c sliced bok choy (with leaves)
1 T sesame seed
1 pkg frozen pea pods, thawed and drained
1 c fresh bean sprouts
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed, cut into thin strips

Instructions
For marinade- In small mixing bowl blend all marinade ingredients until smooth. Stir in chicken. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
For cooking sauce- In small bowl combine all cooking sauce ingredients. Set aside. In wok on high, heat 3 T oil 2-3 minutes or until hot. Add chicken mixture. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. remove chicken to platter.
In wok heat 2 T oil 1 minute or until hot. Add mushrooms and bok choy. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add sesame seed. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add pea pods and bean sprouts. Stir-fry 30 seconds. Add cooking sauce and chicken. Stir fry until sauce thickens.
