8 oz. uncooked fettuccini
|
| |
1 lb. pork sausage, bulk
|
| |
1/4 c. onion, chopped
|
| |
4 oz. canned mushrooms, undrained
|
| |
1/4 c. mushroom liquid
|
| |
2 tbs. chopped olives
|
| |
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
|
| |
8 oz. tomato sauce
|
| |
2 tbs. cheddar cheese, shredded
|

|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |

|
|
Cook noodles as directed. Drain. Cook sausage and onions until
browned. Drain.
|
|
|
|
Mix together noodles, meat mixture, mushrooms, mushroom liquid,
olives, 2 c. of cheddar cheese and tomato sauce.
|
|
|
|
Pour into 2 qt. casserole and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with 2 tbs. of cheese for the last 10 minutes.

Add additional onion and olives to taste.
