     Crabmeat au Gratin

Ingredients
3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 teas. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. salt
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Monterery Jack cheese, shredded
 
3/4 celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
Paprika

Instructions
Melt butter. Add flour and stir to mix thoroughly. Saute celery and onion and add. Add milk, sherry, Worcestershire sauce and salt, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix sauce with crabmeat and put in baking dish. Top with two cheeses and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
