     Five-Cheese Crab Dip

Ingredients
8 oz. crab meat
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Monterey Jack, finely shredded
2 tbs. Romano cheese, finely shredded
2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbs. white wine
1 c. artichoke hearts (3-4), drained and chopped
 
1/4 teas. seafood seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat all cheeses, mayonnaise, and wine together, stirring oer low hear until cheeses are melted and well blended.
Gently stir in artichoke heart, seafood seasoning and crab meat, then mix until well blended. Add pepper to taste. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
Serve in fondue style pot with low flame OR bake in casserole dist in 450 oven until bubbly and top is lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tomato salsa, tortilla chips and raw veggies for dipping.
