8 oz. crab meat

4 oz. cream cheese

1/4 c. Monterey Jack, finely shredded

2 tbs. Romano cheese, finely shredded

2 tbs. Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
|

1/4 c. mayonnaise
|
|
2 tbs. white wine
|
|
1 c. artichoke hearts (3-4), drained and chopped

1/4 teas. seafood seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Heat all cheeses, mayonnaise, and wine together, stirring oer low
hear until cheeses are melted and well blended.
|

|
Gently stir in artichoke heart, seafood seasoning and crab meat,
then mix until well blended. Add pepper to taste. Heat until hot,
but do not boil.
|
|
|
Serve in fondue style pot with low flame OR bake in casserole dist
in 450 oven until bubbly and top is lightly browned.
