     Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
6 - 8 medium potatoes
small jar cheese whiz
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup sliced green onion
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes in skin. Let cool, remove skin and dice.
In a saucepan, melt butter and cheese. Cool down. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes. Top with pats of butter.
Heat and brown in 350 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes.
