     Coleslaw by Paula Dean

Ingredients
5 C shredded cabbage (1 pkg.)
1-1/2 C dried cranberries
1/2 C diced green onion
1/2 C toasted almonds
1/2 C diced celery
1/2 C diced green pepper
1/2 C mayo
1 Tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients. Prepare dressing by mixing last 5 ingredients together. Put dressing on just before serving dish.
