Dissolve Jello in 1 C of hot water. Let cool in refrigerator for about 15 min. Stir in thoroughly thawed Strawberries. Cut Angel Food Cake in half, width wise, pull apart with fingers, and place in bottom of 9 x 12 dish. Add half of Strawberry-Jello mixture over the cake, mashing Strawberries into cake. Spread half of Cool Whip on top. Repeat above steps, using rest of ingredients. Let sit for about 2 hours or, preferably overnight.
