     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichokes, not marinated
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Sour dough bread
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain artichokes and chop into smaller pieces Mix with cheeses, mayonnaise and dill. Put in shallow baking pan, bake 15 - 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Serve with sour dough bread.
Variation- Use Mozzarella instead of Monterey Jack cheese. Increase mayonnaise to 1 cup. Instead of dill weed add 2 T. chopped green onions and/or parsley flakes, add a dash of garlic powder. Serve with sturdy crackers.
