     Sundried tomato chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 T olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 c white wine vermouth
1/3 c whipping cream
1/4 c drained sundried slices
3 T basil
 

Instructions
Saute chicken in saucepan with olive oil for 4-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from pan.
In pan boil vermouth, whipping cream, basil and tomatoes. Boil until sauce consistency. Return chicken to pan, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
