Cook lasagna noodles. Rinse with cold water. Melt butter. Stir in
flour, onions, salt, mustard and pepper. Gradually add milk,
stirring constantly. Cook until bubbly and thickened. Remove from
heat and add Montery Jack, stir until melted.
Heat oven to 350. In ungreased 9 by 13 pan layer 1/2 c. of sauce, 3
noodles, all of broccoli, 1/2 c. cheddar and 1 c. sauce. Top with
remaining noodles, all the shrimp, 1 c. cheddar, the remaining
sauce and the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Set for 10
minutes before serving.
