Preheat oven to 375. In ovenproof dish melt butter in oven. Stir in
garlic, half and half, soup, 1/2 c parmesan cheese and salt and
pepper. Stir to combine.
Gently stir in broccoli and pasta.
Top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
