Mix dry cake mix, i egg and 1/3 c. oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.
Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9 by 13 pan. Bake for
15 minutes at 350.
Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top and bake 15 minutes
longer.
Cool and cut in bars.
