Ingredients |

2 tablespoons olive oil
|
|
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
|
|
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
|
|
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
|
|
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
|
|
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
|
|
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
|
|
Dash of cayenne pepper
|
|
2 cans of Tomato Bisque soup
|
|
|
|
1-16 oz. can of chicken broth
|
|
1 bottle clam juice
|
|
1/4 cup of cooked rice (or minute rice)
|
|
1 pound of white fish cut in 1-inch chunks
|
|
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can of shrimp, drained (or frozen shrimp)
|
|
1 (8 oz.) can of crab meat, drained (or frozen)
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the onion and
celery till onion is limp.
|
|
|
Stir in parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, cayenne, tomato bisque, clam
juice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce to for simmer about 10
minutes.
|
|
|
Add fish, shrimp, crab & rice and simmer until fish flakes. Season to
taste with salt and pepper.
