     Crawfish Chowder

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions
1 carton fresh sliced mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans Niblet corn (whole kernel corn vacuum packed-with juice do not drain
1 pound crawfish tails
1 pint (2 cups) half and half
 

Instructions
In a large heave pot- Melt butter and add onions. Cook until onions are clear.
Add next four ingredients. Cook until rolling boil. Add crawfish tails and half and half. Cook until rolling boil. Reduce heat or turn off, being careful not to scorch bottom of pan. Serve with garlic toast.
This is a delicious recipe, but VERY rich and hearty.
