     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
6-8 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of milk or sour cream
dash onion salt and pepper
meats to add; hamburger, bacon, or ham all browned and chopped
 

Instructions
Scrub and pierce potatoes and either cook in crockpot for 4 hours or in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool.
After potatoes are cooled cut in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.
In a large mixing bowl mash the pulp with butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into potato shells. Place on two foil lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins. or until golden brown.
