     Poppy Seed Mandarin Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg. (10 oz) Romaine, (Hearts if you can get 'em)
1 Can (11 oz) Mandarine Oranges, drained
1 C. Lightly salted Cashews, cut up (not to small)
3/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 C. dried Cranberries or Craisins
3/4 to 1 C. Poppy Seed Dressing, (Briana's is best)
Large salad bowl
 

Instructions
Clean and pat dry Romaine. Cut or tear into pieces. Put back into refer.
Drain Mandarins and put into refer in a small bowl. Shred the Cheeses and place back into refer in separate bowl. Cut Cashews into pieces and set aside.
5 minutes before serving, remove the refrigerated ingredients and combine in salad bowl with the Romaine. Add the Cranberries and the Cashews. Mix well.
When ready to serve, add Poppy Seed Dressing and toss. It's ready to enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
If possible, refrigerate cold ingredients for 30-45 minutes before serving
