     Corn Salad

Ingredients
Corn (canned or frozen) Amount depends on how much you want to make
Chopped bell pepper- red green yellow orange; any combination for color
Variation- If you do not like raw bell pepper, can add jar of drained diced pimento
Water chestnuts- chopped
Green onions, chopped
Cucumbers, diced
Good Seasons Italian Dressing- liquid
Sugar or sugar substitute for sweet/tart taste
 

Instructions
Drain corn is using canned. Combine all ingredients. Note- Use Italian Dressing to coat all of vegetables, but careful to not make soupy.
Can serve at room temperature or cold. Good served with tortilla chips.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips. Best after it sits in refrigerator to let flavors blend.
