1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans toasted
Instructions
total time- 3 hours 50 minutes (includes baking and cooling time)
The technique- Instead of rolling, just combine the crust ingredients and press the sandy, crumbly mixture onto the tart pan.
Use 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom
