     Sugar Coated Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
1 lb pecan halves
1 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
 

Instructions
Oven 250 degrees, grease baking sheet.
Whip egg white and water until frothy. In separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Add pecans to egg whites, stir to coat nuts evenly. Remove the nuts and toss them together in the sugar mixture until coated. Spread nuts on baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
