     Grape and Apple Crisp

Ingredients
topping-
3/4 c. all prupose flour
3/4 c. old fashioned oats
1/3 c chopped walnuts
6 Tbsp granulated sugar
6 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) COLD, unsalted butter, cut up
Filling-
6 c. thinly sliced, peeled tart apples
 
2 c. seedless red grapes
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions
Oven 375 degrees.
To prepare topping, combine flour, oats, walnuts, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to combine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
To prepare filling, combine all ingredients in a 2 Qt baking pan; sprinkle with topping mixture. bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown and fruit is tender. Cool on wire rack.
