Adjust oven rack to middle position, heat oven to 450 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, toss beans with oil and seasoning until they are evenly coated. Spread beans on a foil lined baking sheet and distribute in an even layer.
Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from oven. Using tongs, redistribute the beans. Continue roasting until beans are dark golden brown in spots and have started to shrivel - about 10 - 12 minutes longer.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, transfer to serving bowl and serve.
