Cut the round steak into thin strips. Mix with flour, pepper, salt and garlic. Add to crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on LOW setting for 5 hours. Stir occasionally. During the last 1/2 hour, add 1(8oz.) package of cream cheese, cubed. Serve over cooked wide noodles.
