Press tofu for at least 30 minutes. Pre-heat oil to medium-high
heat. Dice tofu into squares and coat in dish with 1/2 cup of corn
starch and dash of salt & pepper.
For sauce- combine 2 tablespoons of corn starch with 1/2 cup of
cold water - whisk. Add 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp. of minced ginger, 2
tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. of soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set
aside.
Combine fried tofu, sauce, steamed broccoli over medium-high
heat, sauce will thicken in 3-5 minutes. Serve with cooked white
rice.
