1 1/2 lbs boneless beef sirloin or top round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
1 jar chunky salsa
Instructions
lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to
medium. grill the steak for 22 mins for medium rare
or to desired doneness, turning the steak over
halfway through cooking and brushing often with 1
cup of picante sauce.
remove the steak from grill to a cutting board and
let stand for 10 mins before slicing.
serve additional picante sauce with the steak.
