1 1/2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs

1 mediem onion, sliced
|
|
2 cups tomato juice
|
|
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
|
|
1/4 cup cider vinegar
|

1/4 cup ketchup
|
|
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
|
|
1 tsp ground mustard
|
|
1/4 tsp chili powder
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place ribs and onion in a 3quart slow cooker.
|
|
|
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, and pour over ribs.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
