     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups flour
2 cups grated carrots
1 small can drained crush pineapple
 
FROST-
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix well sugar, eggs and oil. Stir in baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, carrots and pineapple.
Bake in 13x9 pan. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
Frost- cream all ingredients together.
