     Barbeque Pulled Chicken

2.5 Pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs
8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
4 oz. Can Chopped Green Chilies
3 Tblsp Cider Vinegar
2 Tblsp Honey
1 Tblsp Paprika
1 Tblsp Tomato Paste
1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tsp Dried Mustard
1 Tsp Ground Chipotle Chile
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced

Stir tomato sauce, chiles, vinegar, honey, paprika, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ground chipotle, and salt in a slow cooker until smooth. Add chicken, onion, and garlic; stir to combine. Put lid on and cook on LOW setting for about 5 hours. Shred chicken with a fork. Return chicken to sauce, stir well and serve.
